About the faint lights
The Faint Lights is an alternative guitar band from the Netherlands. The music has many influences but can roughly be placed somewhere between the adventure and dynamics of Radiohead and the melancholy and slow style of Neil Young. There are rough edges, and soft, folky acoustic sounds. The Faint Lights write and play their own songs. In 2009 they have self-released and produced their first EP, The Smiling Copper Pighead. In 2007 they recorded and released a first demo (Under The Same Sun, Moon and Stars, 2007).
