There is more than one artist named The Equinox on last.fm: 1. British hard rock band formed in Chesterfield, Derbyshire in 1972 by Mick Shedd (guitar & vocals), Jon Stoppard (organ), Sid Oldfield (bass) & Terry Waldon (drums). Their sole album, 'Hard Rock', was released on the budget label Boulevard in 1973, in a cover which depicted none of the actual band members. The label claimed they'd had a cardboard shortage & needed to reuse rejected covers designed for other Boulevard releases. The Equinox disbanded in January 1974.
