When Duke Silver picked up his first saxophone, a love-bond formed between man and instrument, and he hasn't stopped blowing since. "Jazz sax," Duke says, "is a connection to the heavens. Human breath enters, and Angel breath leaves." Inspired by the great musicians – Coltrane, Getz, Foreigner – Duke set out to establish a new standard of jazz. This wave has taken the entire world by storm. Duke has taken residence at Cozy's Bar in Eagleton, Indiana, playing monthly performances for packed, mature crowds.
