The Disenfranchised are a band that recorded a song called 'Asshole'. It was included on a demo tape they sent around and their song ended up on file-sharing programs as 'Nirvana'. It was soon discovered that the song was mislabelled. "Hey my band recorded Asshole, my guitaring is pretty shitty as these songs were recorded at Studio 650 2 years ago before they tore it down ... Anyway we passed around a little demo tape (our band is called 'The Disenfranchised') and our shit ended up on Napster.
