The Diarchy is an English-American indie rock duo originally formed in 2017 as a four-piece band. Its members are Henry Clément and Newton von Uberquie. After their formation in 2017, the group experimented with a wide range of musical styles. Originally intending to have a focus on jazz and blues, the group moved to rock, creating a unique sound incorporating classical instruments such as the trombone into their music.
