About The Dansette
The Dansette were mod band formed in Farnham, Surrey, United Kingdom, in 1982. They were: Steve Rowcroft (guitar, vocals), Gerry Bailey (Hammond organ), Bruce Wright (bass, vocals) and Steve Dale (drums, vocals). Their sole release was a 1985 four-song cassette, Demonstrate, although they have also appeared on mod compilation LPs of the time.
