The County Line was formed in Louisville, KY in 2009, and like life imitating art, in this case art imitates the city. Louisville is not quite the South, not quite the Midwest. It gets its influence from the country-western of Nashville to the south, and the Chicago Blues to the north. In this same way, The County Line is one part southern rock, one part country, one part modern alternative, and one part blues; with musical influences ranging from Neil Young to The Kings of Leon, Tom Waits to Ryan Adams.
