The Country Hams was a one-off collaboration between Paul McCartney (with Wings), guitarist Chet Atkins, and pianist Floyd Cramer, the latter two famously having co-created the Nashville sound. They released one single, "Walking in the Park with Eloise" (b/w "Bridge on the River Suite"), in 1974; the A-side, a jaunty jazz/ragtime number, was written by McCartney's father Jim McCartney in the 1920s. The single has since been included as bonus tracks on reissues of Wings at the Speed of Sound from 1993 on.
