About THE CAPTAINS
Formed in 2001, The Captains [[artist]ザ・キャプテンズ] members are Kizuhiko [Guitar, Vocal], Jackie [Guitar], Ted [Bass], Kei [Keyboards}, and Yosuke [Drums]. They play GS or "Group Sounds" style music which was inspired by late 1960's British Rock and Roll bands like The Beatles or The Who. A parallel scene which emulated the British bands developed in Japan around the same time and became incredibly popular. Famous bands of the scene such as The Golden Cups
