About The Blonde Brunettes
Indie music is hard to come by in a country dominated by heavy rock bands. The annual Finnish winter depression and high suicide rate seems to set the mood for an extremely dark music scene. But things change... Tom, Tomi and Tuomas T formed the band in early 2007, but the months of searching for a bassist and lead guitarist drew barely a whisper from Helsinki's Indie community. Finally, in February 2008, Tuomas Paavola and Joonas Laitio joined the band - The Blonde Brunettes were born.
