The Black and Pink Polka Dots (aka BPD) is made up of two members, Katherine Lindberg and Elisabeth Goebel. The group originated in Mankato, MN in 2007. Kate and Beth were both original members of the band Striving to Comprehend before their break-up in 2007. Kate and Beth wanted to continue playing music together after STC broke up, so they formed their own acoustic duo.
