About The Bellingham Accents

Morphing from "The Night People" the Northwest Band The Accents, from Bellingham, Washington, recorded two 45's with Ron Peterson. Kathi McDonald started with the band when she was 13 while they were still known as The Accents. At some point Ron Peterson quit and was replaced by Bill Capp. Doug Ling joined the group, replacing George Palmerton on bass, and the name was changed to The Bellingham Accents. They recorded one 45 in 1964 - Bacon Fat/Sampan. Released on the Jerden Label.
