Danny Moran and Janice White from Tottington, north of Manchester, formed The Bedflowers around 1989. Their EP Songs of Summer 1990 included the bass talents of Sheila Seal and the drum bashes of Howard Goody, both of The Man from Delmonte, so it comes as no surprise that the Bop! label was their destined signing. They drew their inspiration from many sources, not least The Man From Delmonte but don't erroneously dismiss them as a spin off band or worse, a tribute.
