About The Bearded Gypsy Band
The Beared Gyspy Band are a four piece from South Australia. Guitar(s) : Tommy Kneebone Violin and Mandolin: Tom Boehm Bass(es): Kiah Gossner Drums and Percussion: Kyrie Anderson Its hard to put these guys into a genre box. Somewhere between Django Inspired Jazz and Bluegrass but with definite celtic, roots and even rock overtones. Very few tracks have vocals mostly the music is about creating a driving groove with an upbeat vibe. The musicanship and arrangements are first class. (at least)
