The Astronaut Suit is a Psych-Soul band from Austin Tx. A long time project of singer/songwriter Jess Farr, the band formed in 2007 and released the "Soul of a Man" e.p. later that year. Their live shows have been described as "a country fried Spiritualized" and "The greatest one-song show ever seen" They are currently working on a new record to be released in Summer 2010. from their Myspace site... "The Astronaut Suit is not a literal one, but a metaphor for the Human Body as a vessel between the Temporal and the Eternal states.
