The Angelic Bombs are a Brooklyn based punk rock band consisting of members Karen Rockower(Guitar and Vocals), Joshua Boden(Bass), Julia Lomax(Drums),and Zach Glass(Guitar and Vocals) formed in 2004. Their sound is resemblant of indie-alternative bands like The Pixies and Sonic Youth and the more recent Yeah Yeah Yeahs, placing them in the genre of "Art Punk". The lyrics are generally a mixture of prose and poetry which somewhat encapsulate the Beatnick culture of New York City.
