They are comprised of Will Morris (Vocals, Guitar), Sammy Sawyer (Guitar), Elena Thornton (Bass), and John Oweida (Drums). TGHM started in August 2015 as Will's solo project, releasing a slew of bedroom demos (the highlights of which are compiled on "Temple Grandin Hug Machine: The Demo CD", before adding Sawyer on electric guitar and playing their first show that October.
