Band Temnokost was founded on June, 6th, 2006 (06.06.06). The first constant structure of group was formed by musicians from band The Patriarch (the legendary underground true black metal band in Checov (Russian City) in 2004). The first demo-cassette has been recorded even before band formation in 2003. Some songs from this release can be found on the first official realize in November, 2006 (audio cassette). The album was named «Without the Face».
