TALKING SPACE COYOTES. Are a band. This band met in college, in Arcata California. They play music that consists mainly of distorted covers of old folk songs, though they are slowly moving toward their extensive original material. Influences include; The Band, Bruce Springsteen, Bob Dylan, and Pete Seeger along with Sonic Youth style walls-of-sound. The most succinct way to sum up Talking Space Coyotes is with the term "Heavy Folk Music."
