T.O.F. stands for The Original Flyguy. It's an alias of Dutch rapper Clifton Reumel. He was the first to be signed to the label of Ray Slijngaard, better known as Ray from the band 2 Unlimited. Funk it up was the first and biggest hit for both T.O.F. and for Ray's label.
