Syfadal were a 3-piece Heavy Metal band based out of Belleville, Mi. The name is an acronym, it stands for 'Sit Your Fat Ass Down And Listen'. Syfadal was formed by Ken Blank in 1990, and played live until 1991 around the metropolitan Detroit area. The band was fleshed out by drummer Mark Gomez, and bassist Todd Howard. They recorded their self titled and only release at Talent Live Studios, in Canton, Mi. The band received significant radio airplay on 88.
