Sydney is a post-hardcore/alternative rock band from Burlington, Ontario, Canada. Originally active between 2004 and 2008, in early 2026 the band announced that they have reunited and plan on releasing a new music. The band started out in 2004 under the name Holden, and changed shortly after due to another band with the same name from California who sued them. Their self-titled album was released in 2005, which was recorded in a garage at a cost of $500.
