About SWRLS
SWRLS fuse nocturnal rhythms with hollow tones, echoing sounds of a neon-lit past, where silhouettes of black leather work up against sequined satin in the smoke-filled shadows. A collaboration between producer Richard Moore (Irrelevent Celebrities), vocalist and guitarist Thom Moore (Mercy Arms), and drummer James Watroba (Dirty Secrets), SWRLS spent 2013 in Sydney, writing and recording songs that evoke the angular guitars of Northern England and the insistent heartbeat of American RnB.
