About Svavelvinter
In 2014, as the album Nidingsverk had been released, singer and guitarist Christian Älvestam teamed up with fantasy writer Erik Granström for the death metal album Mörkrets Tid. Svavelvinter (Winter of Sulphur) is named after Erik's fantasy novel, based on his RPG-games from the nineties that Christian played as a teen.
