Svartheim's Latest Blog Entry [Subscribe to this Blog] [View All Blog Entries] About Svartheim Svartheim was created in the mists of September 2008, when Odinnsson (Scott Burgess aka ToteHeldensagen) and his long time friend were thinking of names for a band. Odinnsson wanted it to be a black/folk/viking metal band, in the reign of Windir. His longtime friend, Kristina (aka bardism), thought of the name Svartheim and that it would be perfect for a dark, cold atmosphere.
