About Surtek Collective
Surtek Collective is the German/Chilean duo consisting of producer Uwe Schmidt (Atom™, Señor Coconut) and producer and DJ Vicente Sanfuentes. Frequent collaborators since long ago, they decided to create Surtek Collective as their full on dance floor moniker. Together they came up with a new style they call "Aciton": the dembow rhythm of reggaeton combined with the dirty synth sounds associated with acid house. In 2005 they started playing incendiary live shows and crafted a unique album called "The Birth Of Aciton (Acid Meets Reggaeton)"
