About Suburban Luck
Suburban Luck are a two-piece instrumental group from Dunedin, New Zealand. The duo of Richard Borrett and Kaine Harington set out to capture the tempos and timbres of electronic music with the limited instrumental palette of drums and guitars. Prior to New Zealand’s level 4 lockdown, Suburban Luck set about recording a 4 track EP. Unfortunately, only two of the tracks were completely recorded prior to the idea of collaboration becoming temporarily illegal.
