About Substance P
Substance P was the maiden voyage of several young Richmond, Va. artists strongly influenced by the theatrical psychedelia of The Legendary Pink Dots, The Orb, and Pink Floyd. Ranging from 1992 to 1996, Sub P created and self released 2 cassette albums and 1996's Metaphysical Equilibrium, released by underground label, Lotek Productions (no relation to UK junglist nor SF based house label of the same name). Zilch Records is in the process of remastering the original cassettes to digital for net release early 2013, just after the world ends.
