About Stromba
Stromba is the work of producers James Dyer and Tom Tyler, along with regular contributor, bassist / guitarist James McKechan. Dyer is the manager of London based label DC recordings (for whom Tyler also records), and Mckechan was previously a member of Fonn (Fat Cat). 'The Pinch' ep (released in August ¹99) marked their debut release, a 12" rooted in a love of hip-hop, 70's soundtracks, funk and jazz. Following the success of the 12", and a track exclusive to the ERMX
