About Strathclyde Police Pipe Band

From Wikipedia: The Strathclyde Police Pipe Band is a grade one pipe band from Glasgow, Scotland. The band was formed in 1883 and finally evolved into Strathclyde Police Pipe Band in 1975 as a result of local government re-organisation. Today Strathclyde Police are the world's most successful competition pipe band, having won twenty World Pipe Band Championships, eleven championships in the years from 1979 to 1991, and an unrivaled 6 in a row. The band is comprised primarily of serving police officers
