In slang terms, "stoops" is a way of saying 'stupid', as coined by the movie Kids. stoops is also the pseudonym used by Denham Springs, Louisiana, USA DJ and EDM producer Christopher Ford. As of 2013, Ford is an unsigned sixteen-year-old artist boasting various electronic dance musical styles in his work, ranging from upbeat drum and bass and dubstep influences to ambient use of classical instruments.
