Steve Rowlands is one half of Apex Computer Productions, a British production duo that created games for the Commodore 64 in the early 90s. Steve Rowlands composed the theme tunes to a number of games including Creatures, Retrograde, Cyberdyne Warrior and Mayhem in Monster Land.
