About Steps Around the House
Steps around the house was a nova scotian nu-wave band formed in 1984 consisting of bassist Jim Parker, guitarist James Logan, vocalist Peter Baylis, drummer Sean Bryson, and keyboardist Bruce Murphy. Despite popularity locally, only four of their songs have ever been published in any way, those being "Pull the pin" and "Beat of the devil", published as a part of the radio station Q100 (100.3 CKKQ-FM)'s homegrown album featuring local bands that won a spot via a contest.
