Stacy Francis (born April 16, 1969) is an American singer and actress from Brooklyn, New York. She is best known for being apart of an all girl group Ex Girlfriend (band) and The X Factor (U.S.). Francis has also made some televsion apperances on some T.V. shows. She also performed for Tom Cruise at his 40th birthday Stacy Francis is the daughter of an Italian American father and African American mother.
