About Spirit Voice
Spirit Voice was the first full-female pop group from Albania. Originally formed with 4 members in 1997: Sonja/Soni Malaj, Dorina Nizami, Angjelina Gilardi and Larisa Haxhi. They took part in the 36th edition of Festivali i Këngës in 1997 with the song "Mbi Mesdhe". Larisa left the group after the summer of 1999, and she was replaced by Elia Zaharia. Later that year, Angjelina left the group too, which made Soni, Dorina and Elia continue as a trio for a few more years.
