About Spencer Rich
Spencer Rich was born in High Point, NC in 1971 but found that like most like-minded Southerners that Athens was the place to be for music. Informed by the fledgling E6 scene in '92, he returned to North Carolina and began earnestly working his psychedelic and New wave influences into his own 4-track style, for which he plays all instruments. Eventually, returning to Athens around '95, he's been busy with his single-minded pursuit, ever since, occasionally playing shows with various line-ups, or solo acoustic.
