Drawing on a diverse set of influences, from the lush orchestrations of Ennio Morricone and Roy Budd, to the production styles of the Bomb Squad and King Tubby, Speaking Tongues, a London-based duo comprising, Andrew Kremer and Benedict Green, have combined to produce an album that moves both the heart and mind. Featured are Lorna Brown’s soulful and sensual vocals, which have adorned the recordings and performances of stars as diverse as Martha Reeves, Lee ‘Scratch’ Perry, Terry Callier and Eric Clapton.
