Spazmz were formed in Toronto, Canada in January 1995 from the ashes of the Ethyl Mormons. While playing around Toronto and Montreal for a few years we released a demo tape entitled 'Bernice Wuz Here' in November 1995, and in January 1997, (completely on our own) we released our first 7" EP.
