SPAN PHLY is an independent hip-hop artist currently based in Phoenix, Arizona. He writes the raps and produces all the beats on the majority of his albums to date. The most obvious signpost which separates SPAN PHLY from his contemporaries is his maniacal flow which can too easily be compared to Eminem, but in effect is more akin to Big Pun. The first album he was involved in was, 'Meet Your Master' released in 2005. His second, 'Waiting for Tragedy' was released in 2006.
