Originally Ben Bashford and Alex Orton Green - Sons of Mecha were the flagship artists for Mechanoise Records. Sons of Mecha is now Alex Orton Green and Jody Shires after Ben Bashford decided that recording rave tinted breaks was not for him and left the "band" to continue recording for Reinforced Records (as half of Search Engine) and his own label, Spore Recordings (Now defunct).
