About Sonic Voyager
My music was recorded between 1981 and 1986. Heavily influenced by the early sequencer pieces of Tangerine Dream, the Electronic Pop/Rock sounds of Jean Michel Jarre, the wonderful melodies of Vangelis and from Classical composers such as Prokofiev, Mahler and Shostakovich. Software of course wasn't around then. All sounds were created by a few analogue synths, a magical tape echo machine and a simple analogue tape recorder. By 1987 the synthesizers were slowly developing problems which in the end made it impossible to play them properly
