A relatively new entry to the still-budding Orlando independent rock scene, Snails in Folklore's music is, in short, a combination of lush melodies layered over syncopated math-rock rhythms. The four piece rock outfit combine post punk urgency with progressive instrumental density. Bass and electric guitars, violin and keyboard constantly trade amongst themselves between rhythm and melody throughout the course of the songs filling a path paved by the band's powerful percussion.
