Slow Trucks refers to two acts: 1) A 'band' only in name -- Slow Trucks's music is written and performed wholly by San Jose, CA native Travis Bilenski. Travis became a fixture at the open-mic Wednesdays (now Thursdays) of Santa Clara's Barefoot Coffee Roasters back when his band was called "Coelho." 2) A lo-fi indie rock band from San Francisco whose sounds recalls artful acts of the late 90's and early 00's such as Built to Spill & Broken Social Scene David - vox, guitar Mel - drums Billy - vox, bass
