About Skoud
Skoud (a contraction of his fore and surname) is one man. Born in Russia but moved to Sweden in 1995 where he taught himself drums, music and programming. Skoud took a year out to study music recording/engineering in Carlisle, UK which is where he met Mark from Motive Sounds. Some demos from Skoud were exchanged which led to an album and EP being released by the label. These releases are best described as collections of miniature electronic pieces that fuse the delicate melodies of Múm with the lush soundscapes of Boards of Canada.
