
Simon de Ferrara (also known as Ferrariensis, Magister Symon, and Symon de Saacaglia, fl. 13th century) was a medieval composer whose music survives in several major European manuscript sources. His attributed works include large-scale motets and a complete set of Good Friday Lamentations, preserved in manuscripts such as Treviso Cathedral MS 36, the Rusconi Codex, and GB-Lcm MS 2037.
