About Simon Christensen
Simon Christensen (b. 1971) is an educated composer from the Royal Danish Academy of Music and Conservatoire de Paris. His music has been performed in his native country, Denmark and abroad counting commissions by Danish National Symphony Orchestra, Athelas Sinfonietta, Danish National Vocal Ensemble and The Silesian String Quartet. Simon Christensen’s passion for combining art film and live music has resulted in Tributes - Pulse (2010-11) – a collaboration with the American filmmaker Bill Morrison – and Chamber Cinema Set (2013-14)
