Shut Eyes is a hardcore/punk band from Barrie, Ontario. "Shut Eyes started in August of 2008, with preceding bands established as far back as 2006. The band started out with 4 dudes wanting to write music that was not only fun to play, but fun to listen to as well. We know the idea of "chorus, verse, two step, gang vocals, breakdown, whatever" is getting stale. It's good for what it is, but when every other band out there is doing it, it gets boring. We're not trying to do anything revolutionary, but we do want to shake things up a bit!"
