There is more than one artist under this name: 1. Shohei Yokota (横田 昇平; born June 19, 1982), better known as SHO, is a rapper based in Tokyo, Japan. Born and raised in Hidatakayama, he pursued skiing as a child. He was a part of Japan's national team in his teenage years. His father, who had been coaching him during this period, died of cancer when SHO was in his first year of high school. Distraught, he had doubts about his future as a skier.
