Shaped like Swans was founded in the depths of Valby (Copenhagen) in late 2010 by guitarists Nicholas Meents and Nicklas Thomsen. They contacted their old friends, Ole P. Schwartz and Jesper V. Gün when he decided to move from Fredericia to Copenhagen.
