About Shanna Underwood
Shanna Underwood grew up in Portland, Maine where the long winters make for good writing time. She wrote her first songs while living in Thailand. She had a lot of down time while working as an English teacher and started humming songs in her office to pass time. She was also spending weekends travelling with folks from all over the world, and their interest in her music inspired her to keep writing and performing when she got home. After spending several years playing music with local folks in Portland
